Shanklin

Shanklin has a very deep product offering on Form, Fill, Seal equipment.  The CF series are ideal for wrapping larger products in polyethelyene film in a compact footprint.  The hot air side seal makes running thicker poly attainable as well.  The FloWrap series will run products with mutiple types of infeeds at speeds up to 90 per minute.  The recently intoduce Omni machines are very unique in that the system is modular and infeeds can be interchanged by a simple plug and play interconnect.  The Omni can wrap large packages and will store mutilple packages for ease of set up.  Finally the HS series is the fastest equipment of their offering.  This equipment is capable of running at speeds up to 200 fpm.  The lines and options are vast, please contact us for more information on the Shanklin offering.

                                                        Arpac            

 Arpac has a very versitile offering with both bottom seal and side seal equipment.  The HC line offers bottom seal systems with the ability to wrap both small and very large products.  The TS line is equiped with a side seal and comes with a flighted infeed conveyor.  The TS series is very simple to operate and can run at speeds up to 60 PPM.  The Capra 8000 series is a high speed, side seal wrapper capable of running up to 140 PPM.  It is also very user friendly and is very reliable.  There are numerous options available on the Arpac equipment, please contact us for further details on how this line will work with your application.
