Sealed Air has recently introduced the new PackTiger paper converting system. This system will convert mutil-ply paper into cushions for void fill, blocking, or bracing of your package. With the new Swiss technology, this system will produce up to 150 pads per minute, by far the fastest on the market today. The PackTiger is very simple to load and operate. The custom control panel will store up to 24 different pad configurations and also has three "quick select" buttons for pre-set package requirements. With a very small footprint, lightweight design, and durable casters the PackTiger is very mobile and versitile. The Fill-Air series offers 5 different systems depending on the application and volume needed. All systems create an air filled bag that provides void fill, blocking, and bracing of your package. The RF series allows for minimal expence and an operator must manually fill the bag with air from the RF system. The NTS and Elite systems are very small, self air contained and are perfect for lower volume, everyday use applications. All that is required is to plug the system in to a standard outlet and you can begin making bags. The 1000 and 2000 systems are for heavy usage applications such as fullfillment or distribution. These systems can produce up to 200 cushions per minute and can produce 24 different bag sizes.
