The InstaPak systems are ideal for small to mid volume applications needing superior protection for their products.  The 900 and 901 systems allow you to have metered dispencing of foam that will expand around your product allowing you to provide cushioning or blocking and braceing of your products inside of the package.  The system is very simple to operate and has self cleaning cartridges that make maintenance easy.

The Foam in Bag series produces bags of foam for product protection with a simple push of a button.  The Instapacker tabletop system is ideal for applications that need a small machine footprint or has smaller volume requirements.  The Speedypacker series allow you to produce up to 156 different custom cushions at speeds up to 21 bags per minute.  Both systems will produce a foam filled bag which is placed in the bottom of a carton.  Then your product is placed on top of the expanding bag and the bag will mold and harden around the product.  A second bag can be added for extra protection and the box sealed.  This provides the ultimate in product protection and effiency.  Please contact SPE for more details on the entire Foam in Bag product line and how it might be a solution for your application.
